Mr. Salman your team is a reflection of you and I have to say they are absolutely amazing. I’ve been a Kearny resident for 4 years and not once has Starbucks Kearny disappointed me or my family! Thank you again for the warmest welcome every time we stop by & for the superb hospitality. To the sweet young lady who attended to my daughter and I this morning (she’s new to the Starbucks team), thank you for your patience with our “Oreo” drink! This is my favorite Starbucks in New Jersey. I come here for the cool staff and my dirty chai fix frequently. However today 7/1/26 around 12:15pm I just had the most amazing iced chai I've EVER tasted. Dont know which barista threw down on this one, but I love you.

Been receiving quality drinks and service. the staff moves quickly and remembers you after a while. the shop is very clean and the coffee never misses. management takes feedback well and they intentionally try to make sure the experience feels easy and warm.

A year ago, I left a negative review because my experiences here were consistently disappointing. However, I wanted to update my review because this location has improved tremendously. Over the past year, every order I've placed has been fresh, accurate, and prepared very quickly. The quality and consistency have been excellent, and it's clear that positive changes have been made. The staff is also much friendlier and more welcoming than before, which has made each visit a pleasant experience. I really appreciate the effort the team has put into improving the customer experience. It's great to see a business take feedback seriously and make meaningful changes. This has become one of my go-to Starbucks locations. Highly recommend!

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit. I ordered a matcha with light ice and foam, along with banana bread, but my drink had a lot of ice and no foam at all. It wasn’t made the way I requested, which was frustrating. I usually enjoy coming here, but I hope more attention can be paid to customizations in the future.
